This group and debut album from them was like the son of Judas Priest's "Ram It Down". They hailed from Birmingham just like the metal gods do and on this album they have a sound very similar to that of that 1988 album from Priest. The slick sound albeit maintaining a metal edge so it wasn't something David Coverdale would drool over. The album has the typical pick n' mix album of 80's metal goodness with some rip roaring speed metal numbers. Also some slower, bouncier tracks about humping and rocking and some moodier epic cuts. You can hear an mp3 album upload of the track "screaming" above. This mp3 album upload is a great showcase of the quality which is on offer here.

Highlights on the album certainly include the raging speed metal track "Under The Hammer", the catchy title track, "Screaming" and "Feel It". All of the album tracks pack a punch and are well manufactured "Ram It Down" worship. This isn't a sacred album but it's definitely a worthy purchase for any fan of classic heavy metal. Check out mp3 album downloads of the album and purchase it on amazon if it's right up your street.
